The person in this role will support the client facing team in managing the pipeline of new institutional clients. The right candidate for this role will be an enthusiastic self-starter who is willing to get involved and enjoys working in an intense and fast-paced work environment.
Coordinating the onboarding of institutional clients across multiple internal teams (reporting, settlements, legal, tax, compliance, AML)
Navigate across large teams and stakeholders
Prepare reports and routine correspondence with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Field inquiries to appropriate team members, follow up on emerging issues, and ensure timely responses to urgent issues/activities as they arise.
Help manage stack of client trading connections setups
Maintain highest levels of internal and external confidentiality.
About You
Bachelor’s degree required
Operational support experience, preferably at a financial services firm
Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle competing priorities and to work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Must be discreet, trustworthy and mature
Positive, professional attitude and presence
Responsible self-starter with extreme attention to detail
Reliable, courteous and flexible team player
Familiarity with CRM software
Familiarity of Jira or other project management software
