A quick snapshot…You'll play a pivotal role in supporting our account executives by technically assessing new sales opportunities. This involves presenting Conga solutions and conducting demonstrations through both web conference tools and in-person meetings. Crafting tailored product demonstrations that address key business drivers and functional requirements for potential customers will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you'll provide valuable assistance to Account Executives in developing high-quality sales proposals and supporting materials. It's essential to diligently maintain all sales cycle activities within the Salesforce.com CRM system, adhering closely to Conga's sales processes and methodology.

Are you the person we’re looking for?
Pre-Sales. 1 to 3 years’ experience as a pre-sales engineer for an enterprise Quote to Cash, SaaS, or other software application. Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations.
Languages: Fluency in both English and French is a prerequisite, and fluency in German is advantageous.
Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Tech-Savvy. Strong computer skills including salesforce.com, Google Apps, MS Office, and web presentation tools.
Demonstrable experience of extending force.com applications on the force.com platform; Experience working with APIs is a feather in your cap.
Collaboration. We value a results-oriented mindset that seamlessly blends initiative with teamwork. Your ability to take charge when needed, coupled with a collaborative spirit, makes you an invaluable team player.
Experience in collaborating with systems integrators is highly regarded.
Knowledge of working in, or managing a professional services organization, or working on large project teams.
Proactive Self-Starter: Demonstrates self-motivation and initiative by taking proactive steps to achieve goals, driven by intrinsic motivation and incentives.
Here’s what will give you an edge:
Recent experience selling CRM, salesforce.com, or Force.com partner solutions.
Experience selling either Product Configurators/CPQ solutions, Contract Management, Document Management, Revenue Management, eSignature or related products. Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations.
