We are looking for a business-oriented, highly analytical person to join our team as a Business Operations Manager. In this position, you will be an integral part of the Customer team and work closely with various teams within Riskified (such as Account management, Analytics, Finance, Customer Support). You will define cross-company and internal processes to help maximize our performance and revenues. You will lead and design executive-level reports to track the team’s execution on KPIs to enable data-driven decision making and promote strategic business planning. You will provide integral support in planning and strategic project management.
This role has the ability to make a huge impact and you will have a key role in building/improving key business processes while also supporting key business decisions at the executive level. You’re someone who is a strong project manager, incredibly analytical and data driven, and a great communicator!
This is an incentive-based role and a significant portion of compensation is based on performance against objectives. The base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City. Actual salary will be based on qualifications, competencies, and location.
