Job Description

Based in West Jordan, for Boccard Life Sciences, Inc., we're looking for a General Manager.

Your role:

• Ensure a long-term business and commercial development of assigned territory;
• Establish a commercial relationship with major clients, partners, and competitors;
• Meet client expectations and detect, forecast market evolutions of big clients' investments to develop alliances;
• Perform, control, and oversee commercial offers of clients and ensure projects are completed to client's satisfaction;
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical alignments;
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials;
• Review customer purchase orders for alignment with Boccard's proposals and scope of work;
• Serve as a commercial and technical expert with clients;
• Prepare detailed technical specifications and equipment specifications for projects in food, or dairy, or beverage, or cosmetics, or pharmaceutical or brewery markets;
• Perform, control and oversee technical bid packages for large installation of process equipment, platforms, pipe racks, piping and other industrial components based on the scope of the projects;
• Responsible for office growth and quality of services, responsible for office resources and manage the day-to-day activities of the office;
• Forecast needs for resources for the proper execution of projects in alignment with the company's vision and operations and oversee projects schedules, progress, budgets and margins;
• Comply with the internal BMS (Boccard Management System) and ISO procedures and ensure personnel training in internal quality management system, safety, and health.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum Requirements:

• 10 years of related managerial experience in food, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industries required;
• Up to 60% domestic travel required.
