Team & Role
We are seeking a seasoned Vice President of Services to spearhead our customer-centric departments, including Customer Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, Implementation, and Professional Services. The VP Services will be instrumental in crafting and implementing strategies that enhance customer experience, promote customer retention, and drive sustainable growth.
What We Are Looking For
Leadership & Strategy: Develop and lead the strategic direction for the customer journey, ensuring tailored experiences for our specialized clientele.
Customer Success & Support:
Formulate KPIs, including NDR, GDR, Churn, Expansion ARR, NPS, and ARR onboarded, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer satisfaction.
Deliver and manager Premium Success Plans with specialised access to sophisticated expertise in risk, investment and data analysis.
Implementation & Onboarding: Direct efficient onboarding and implementation processes, guaranteeing that the ARR onboarded aligns with strategic goals.
Professional Services: Build and expand professional services, ensuring delivery in alignment with the distinctive needs and high standards of our clientele.
Operational & Financial Management: Oversee department budgets and financials, ensuring optimal allocation and adherence to financial objectives.
Your Skills & Expertise
10+ years of leadership experience in Enterprise Software, particularly in Enterprise B2B SaaS, with a noteworthy portion preferably in the financial services sector
You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field; an MBA or related postgraduate qualification is preferred
Proven experience with clientele such as asset managers, owners, and advisers, with an emphasis on delivering customer success in similar domains
Strategic and analytical mindset, with a deep understanding of financial and investment sectors
Robust leadership skills, with a knack for inspiring and guiding teams towards achieving strategic objectives
Adept in financial management and data-driven decision making
You are fluent/native in English
