YOUR ROLEYou will assist in the creation of AutoCAD drawings, 3D modeling & rendering, contributing to various global architectural projects under the guidance of our experienced team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with architects and designers to translate conceptual sketches and ideas into detailed drawings.
• Generate accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details to support the design process.
• Assist in the development of 3D models & renderings.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on design solutions.
• Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and building codes as needed to support project requirements.

REQUIRED

• Graduated from an accredited architectural program or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, with the ability to create precise and detailed drawings, and strong understanding of architectural drafting standards.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Rhino, SketchUp, and rendering programs such as Enscape, V-ray.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and a passion for architecture and design.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant drafting and modeling work is highly desirable.
