Your new role
As our Head of Business Operations in the UK, you will be responsible for ensuring implementation of continuous business improvement projects, as well as continued adoption and compliance with all Global and Market processes, systems and governance to support high quality and consistency in delivery within your Business Unit (the UK and Ireland), ultimately enabling Ramboll to achieve it's the profitability targets. You will be working across different business areas, spanning from engineering and design to environmental services and management consulting.
You will be part of the global Business Operations & Transformation Leadership team and, together with counterparts from other Geographies and the corporate organisation, you will have the opportunity to influence the global strategic direction around business operations and transformation.
To succeed in this role, you must have extensive knowledge and experience in driving operational change, continuous improvement and initiatives that have a direct positive impact on the profitability and performance of a business.

You will report to the UK Managing Director, with a dotted line to the Group Director, Business Transformation. You will become part of our Operational Excellence team, whose focus is to implement holistic operational processes, tools, and governance in Ramboll that enable efficient global collaboration toward client goals.
