At Sana Commerce, we're looking for a Product Specialist to work with our Projects team in the different regions, providing top-notch customer and technical support to our clients.

Job Description

What you'll be doing:

• Provide expert assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, usage, troubleshooting, and technical issues;
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers to enhance product knowledge and usage developing training materials, user guides, and FAQs;
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and own experience;
• Work closely with various teams such as marketing, engineering, design, and customer service to ensure cohesive product development and communication;
• Provide insights and suggestions based on customer interactions to influence the product roadmap and future development.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in System Engineering or related;
• 2 to 5 years of experience with SQL, Hosting environments, Webservice configuration and installation, Web security (for example SSL, VPN).
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken;
• Experience in running projects by yourself; taking ownership, solving problems, but also escalating on time when things don’t go as planned;
• Customer centric thinking – you always put the customer first and find ways to make the process for them easier;
• Knowledge of ERP system is a must.
