At Sana Commerce, we are looking for a Junior Growth Marketer whose primary mission will be to drive business growth by executing and optimizing growth marketing strategies across key digital channels. You will work closely with the Growth Marketing manager to play a crucial role in setting up, monitoring, and reporting on paid campaigns, managing email marketing efforts, and coordinating growth marketing projects to ensure alignment with our business goals and market opportunities.

Job Description
What you'll be doing:
Collaborating with the Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute growth marketing strategies, focusing on acquisition and revenue growth by setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, 6Sense, and Google Ads;
Utilizing a data-driven approach to analyze and report on the performance of paid and email marketing campaigns using tools like Looker Studio and Power BI, generating regular performance reports to inform strategic adjustments and align marketing efforts with sales objectives and commercial goals;
Overseeing the management of Marketo email marketing campaigns, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and performance reporting to enhance engagement and conversion rates;
Ensuring the successful execution of growth marketing projects through effective coordination with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, fostering integrated marketing efforts and alignment between sales and marketing;
Engaging in market research to remain current on industry trends and, where necessary, collaborating event marketers on various events, contributing to pipeline creation and strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
Obtained Bachelor's degree;
Excellent command of English;
At least 1 year of experience in setting up and optimizing paid campaigns, specifically within B2B sector;
Excellent communication, planning and marketing skills;
Enthusiasm, learning mindset and can-do attitude.
