Job Title: Technical Operations Manager
Location: Newcastle office, with hybrid working flexibility
Salary: Up to circa £60,000 depending on skills and experience.

What you'll do
As a Technical Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient support of our client base. This role will predominantly involve live service but will include crossover between the delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition between delivery and support.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of escalated technical resolution within the 2nd Line and 3rd Line Support team. Whilst this role is a leadership position, the Technical Operations Manager will require a strong IT background to support them within this role.
