Job Description

We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our Executive Leadership Team as a General Manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the Company's daily business operations, including implementing business strategies, plans, and optimizing the organization's operational capabilities with a delivery focus.

The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring a strong focus on Health, Safety, and Environmental factors in all our operations, as well as a robust Supply Chain solution for current and future business. They will also lead the Company's Industrialization strategy and plans, supporting the successful delivery and effective management of programs to meet customer expectations and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will also have experience leading and integrating program management, supply chain and procurement functions, and directing the development and implementation of relevant policies and procedures. They will develop and lead a high-performing team, aligned with the wider organization, and ensure a strong accountability for quality assurance throughout the organization.

Qualifications

To be successful you'll need:

• Proven ability to strategically develop and lead an Operations-focused organisation
• Experience with capital projects
• Global supply chain / manufacturing experience
• Able to work with multiple complex stakeholders with competing interests and priorities
• Experience in leading major programmes and large functions and demonstrated ability to influence outcomes
• Organisational design and development experience
• Experience of serving Customers in numerous roles
