We’re looking for an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to help transition our existing ways of working to a full embrace of agile methodology. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and driving the Company's agile transformation strategy and ensuring our teams are equipped with the necessary skills and tools to effectively deliver innovative solutions.
Working closely with our cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for championing the agile mindset and facilitating the adoption of agile principles and practices to optimise the delivery of our products and services.

Responsibilities
Leading the agile transformation, analysing existing ways of working and driving the adoption of agile principles and practices to enhance product delivery.
Communicating agile principles, scrum practices and overall operating model to key business stakeholders.
Coaching, mentoring, and delivering workshops to facilitate the learning and development among teams on agile principles, practices, and tools.
Facilitating agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define and track agile metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identifying, communicating and escalating challenges and barriers that hinder the adoption of agile methodologies.
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and assigning responsibility.
Driving cultural change by championing an agile mindset and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience of leading agile transformations in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and senior stakeholders.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop individuals and teams.
The ability to analyse data and metrics to drive insights and continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
