What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for the creation of all online creative artwork.  Supporting the team as needed with project development and proactively seeks to continuously improve the creative output within the business. 

• You will be responsible for the creation of design solutions to briefed projects.
• Ability to conceptualise new marketing material and produce HTML e-mail templates
• Support the editorial, analytical, and managerial team with creative content
• Develop website layout
• Maintain brand consistency throughout your work
• Creative approval side banners, strip banners and social media.
• Maintain the look and feel of the brand website
• Great repro knowledge and digital knowledge
• Design/produce Social Media Content
• Design/produce print related marketing material
• Produce Company related stationery
• Offer new ideas and concepts clearly and effectively to the Creative Manager
• Assisting both the UK and international marketing teams.
• Mentor junior members of the team.

More about you

• Previous experience in a Graphic Design role
• Must have a great working knowledge of the Adobe package: Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or other animation or video software.
• Keen interest in the boohooMAN brand
• Punctual and organised
• Great communicator and collaborator
• Shows leadership qualities and the has the willingness to teach and encourage
