Your Impact

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our MMORPG's economic landscape and monetisation strategy, crafting dynamic systems for resource management, trading, and virtual commerce. You'll have complete freedom to simulate and iterate a world economy, fostering player-driven micro-economies and empowering our community to shape their interactions.

Responsibilities

Devise and implement comprehensive economic systems for our MMORPG, including resource distribution, currency mechanics, and trade dynamics.
Collaborate with game designers to integrate economy features seamlessly into gameplay.
Conduct ongoing analysis and adjustments to maintain balance and fairness within the virtual economy.
Design mechanisms for player-driven economies, fostering emergent gameplay and community interaction.
Lead initiatives to innovate and expand economic features.

Requirements

Proven experience designing economies for complex gaming systems.
Strong understanding of economic principles and their application in virtual environments.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform economic/monetisation decisions.
Passion for gaming and a deep appreciation for the role of economics in MMORPGS.
