Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead

Who you are

We’re seeking an FP&A Lead to level up operational finance activities within doxy.me; this role requires strong collaboration skills to pair with departments across the business and a strong technical skillset to build and evolve our core financial models.

What you’ll do

Manage FP&A processes, such as annual financial planning, quarterly planning, and long-term strategic forecasting
Manage the company’s financial model and support executive decision-making through scenario analysis
Liaison with accounting during month, quarter and year-end to validate entries on financial
statements
Manage month-end close packages for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
Lead department financial reviews with various stakeholders across the business
Prepare ad-hoc analysis for cross-functional teams to assist in decision-making
Assist in the transition of accounting software and ERP system
Assist as needed in the annual audit process

Your skills and qualifications

Adept knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
Experience in technology or SaaS industries, specifically leading FP&A teams
Experience leading forecasting processes for a company or large department
Experience preparing month-end financial reporting packages
A fresh, fun, collaborative personality to contribute to our culture!
Experience modelling and reporting common SaaS metrics
