Our broad partner ecosystem fuels Keboola’s success and growth. As part of our Partner and Alliances team, we are looking for an experienced Partner Sales Manager ideally based in London (UK) or Prague but we will consider other EMEA locations. 
The partner sales manager function will be working with a combination of GSI, RSI, Cloud and Ecosystem vendors, in nurturing the partner relationship, developing joint solutions that align to the partner's existing GTM and our GTM focus, and building a joint and incremental pipeline to land and expand with the partner, i.e. driving engagement on opportunities in the field with the partner-friendly Keboola sales teams. 
This function will be part of a team of like-minded peers, providing significant growth and learning opportunities.  The core requirement for this role is exposure to and experience working with both GSI/RSI and Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, and GCP) as part of partnering and selling motion.

Responsibilities:

  • New partner engagement where needed
  • Support our partners to attain revenue productivity by leveraging the programs and resources through contracting, enablement to business planning, driving execution and measurement.
  • Solution development and building joint pipeline around the offering to co-sell in conjunction with the Keboola sales teams.
  • Build a joint business plan with the partner based on business goals and support execution, thereafter provide measurement and feedback to support the partner health.
  • Engage the Sales teams on opportunities, doing joint account planning and guiding on the best way to work with the partner on the options to drive revenueInfuse the partner's Customer Success and Professional Services capabilities where needed to get customers to value for a predictable expansion and or support the scaling of Keboola's Services team.

The skills and experience you need to have:

  • Previous partner sales manager experience with GSI/RSI and CSPs.
  • High degree of motivation and flexibility, ensuring availability to the business when needed.
  • A strong customer experience mindset i.e., prompt and exemplary communication, meticulous presentation skills, maintaining a high bar for all work delivered, consummate professionalism in all tasks and interactions.
