Job description:

We are seeking a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our company. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design and usability, with a strong focus on enhancing the user experience of our internal tools, designed for internal use only. Our tool development efforts are exclusively focused on internal applications, with no tools designed for external use. This role involves conducting in-depth analysis and review of existing internal applications, providing actionable insights, and leading the UX design process for the redevelopment of these tools. The designer will collaborate closely with several development teams, tasked with creating and sustaining these applications to equip our internal users with comprehensive data, analytics tools, and interfaces for engaging with the various production environments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive UX audits on existing internal tools to identify usability issues and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as researchers, IT developers, and back-office staff, to collect their requirements and feedback. Execute usability testing and incorporate feedback to continuously enhance and fine-tune the user experience.
• Formulate and execute UX strategies leveraging data analysis and feedback from internal users, aimed at boosting the effectiveness of tools and user satisfaction. This includes creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are closely aligned with the users' needs.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for both existing and potentially new applications, using state-of-the-art UX design tools like Figma and Sketch. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are accurately implemented.
• Stay aware of UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to our internal tool suite.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UX design, evidenced by a portfolio showcasing diverse projects. High proficiency in UX design tools, including Figma, Sketch, among others.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data and user feedback to guide design decisions.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with both non-technical and technical team members.
• Experience in conducting usability testing and user research.
• Understanding of basic front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in English is compulsory; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
