The Consumer Products division of Hasbro European Services provides services for the licensing business of Hasbro International Inc. (HII). We are currently recruiting for this position.

Position Overview:
In this role, we need an energetic and organized team player with a keen passion and curiosity for toys and games. As the Category Associate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Global Toy & Games Licensing Team. Reporting directly to the Senior Category Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with our licensees, supporting various team initiatives, and acting as a brand ambassador for Hasbro across all partnerships and activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for licensees, delivering exceptional day-to-day communication and support.
- Assist the Global Toy & Game Licensing Team in various responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Lead communication with licensees on marketing, financial, and insights requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Provide support to the team to develop presentations, and category insights research to drive strategic decision-making.
-Be the conduit between licensees and Hasbro PR and Licensed Retail Sales teams to support successful execution of initiatives
- Represent Hasbro as a brand ambassador, fostering strong relationships with partners and ensuring alignment with brand values.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the retailer landscape and industry trends, identifying opportunities for channel growth and partnership across key identified global markets and to help guide licensees’ development of retail marketing strategies.
- Represent the Global Licensing team in interactions with Hasbro's Global Brand & Sales and Marketing teams. Serving as a proactive advocate for the Global Toy & Game Licensing Team's initiatives within the broader Hasbro organization
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated understanding of brand/category positioning, retailer landscape, business development, and retailer distribution.
- Proven ability to react to change and operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of successfully pursuing business opportunities and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-starter with a proactive and dependable work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in category management, knowledge of licensing business or directly related field.
- Minimum 2 years of category management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire towards success.
