This role will assist with team operational activities and analytic / testing requests. The goal is to provide additional support to the Shared Services department which aims to drive customer satisfaction through scalable, repeatable processes and effective use of time and resources.

Essential responsibilities:

Assist with data entry in Salesforce as it relates to our requests
Review, tag, and update documentation in our knowledge base (Confluence)
Compile, analyze and report on data for key stakeholder meetings
Learn, assist and complete reporting or dashboard requests for clients and internal teams
Learn, assist and complete testing module requests for client events
Support Event Analytic / Quality Analyst team members as needed

Qualifications:

Working toward attaining a Bachelor’s Degree in or related to Computer Science or Data Analytics
Preferred experience with SQL and JSON (Please note this is not a development role)
Familiar with Google Workspace apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
Familiar with analyzing dataFamiliar with CRM’s (Salesforce)
Familiar with internal communication channels (Slack & email)
Familiarity with Dashboarding and Reporting (Create, edit)
Familiar with testing methodologies

Skills and attributes:

Excellent collaborator with leaders, peers, and team members to promote transparency and achievement of shared goals
Easily able to understand new concepts
Willingness to learn how to perform new tasks
Always professional and constructive, maintaining a positive outlook and receptive to feedback
Good organization, prioritization, and communication skills
Comfortable in a fast paced environment within a remote/hybrid organization
