As the Head of Risk & Comopliance, Middle East, you have the primary responsibility for the overall oversight, implementation and maintenance of high-quality Regulatory Compliance programs for ANZ DIFC. This includes the execution of Regulatory changes, impacts and group-wide Compliance Frameworks and Regional policy programs. You will be responsible in ensuring that business operations processes are documented and in line with regulatory constraints, working with all facets of the business in achieving its purpose and business objectives.
You will drive the strategy and ‘champion’ Compliance and provide risk-based solutions to achieve well-managed, sustainable and compliant outcomes. You will also manage the day-to-day Regulatory relationship and engagement. You will also be the designated MLRO for ANZ DIFC and responsible for risk management of the ANZ Middle East Business.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Extensive years of experience in compliance and FEMA advisory.
- Proven experience in regulatory relationship and spreading awareness about regulatory developments, enterprise and local policies.
- Demonstrate leadership in compliance and across the wider risk team.
- Experience in KYC AML process
