RESPONSIBILITIES

The role requires you to produce weighed bulk orders for the manufacturing department, made up of raw materials weighed in accordance with a computerised recipe system. You will handle and dispense raw materials by optimising processes to consistently maximise Health and Safety, Quality, Efficiency and Productivity by complying with procedures in place, work as part of a team to meet targets in line with aright first time approach.

Your main focus:

• Handle, decant and dispense raw material in line with guidelines and in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Adhere to all H&S, Quality and Hygiene Guidelines and regulations and understand & apply the Company quality standards and practices
• Follow all written compounding instructions provided on computerised recipe system and Provide R & D and Industrial Chemistry full support for pilot bulk batch activities
• Carry out planned maintenance tasks within the department to schedule
• Ensure raw materials are controlled in the correct environment to avoid any cross contamination and maintain departmental GMP and hygiene standards at all times.

The team consists of 22 Compounders  and you will work closely together with several departments such as Liquids/Mouldings/Powders and CF3 MFG. All your colleagues are very experienced and teamplayers. Working in the team, you feel welcomed.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to work independently but also as part of a team. You are conscientious and thorough. As an experienced Central Weighing Compounder you will feed off the energy you get from working in a fast-paced environment. Other than that, you should have/be:

• Good knowledge of equipment, process and procedures of the preweigh department

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Available for alternative shift pattern
• Open to a diverse workplace and loves to work in a team.
