UK Manufacturing Process Engineer Position available
Key duties
- Monitor and interrogate site SCADA systems to assist with RCA from all SHE, efficiency and quality aspects.
- Troubleshooting, optimising and identifying de-bottlenecking opportunities for existing end to end processes.
- Technical approval of Management of Change activities
- Develop testing plans for plant trials and commissioning works and support operations in the execution
- Provide detailed scope documentation to support site capital project plans
- Active role in all Process Safety studies (Hazid, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, DSEAR, HAC)
- Own site trip and interlock matrix, champion alarm rationalisation
Skills and Qualifications
- Report writing skills
- Degree qualified (Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field)
- SCADA / PLC experience would be beneficial
- Chemical manufacturing experience ideal however would accept experience in a related field
