Marketing Coordinator at Blink - The Employee App
London, United Kingdom

Job Descrption

80% of the global workforce is a frontline worker; yet their work experience -how they work, how they connect with systems, with others, etc, - is fundamentally disjointed and difficult compared to desk based workers.

Blink’s mission is to close this digital divide and enable distributed organisations to reconnect their frontline workforce, communicate effectively with all their employees and engage with all of them like never before.  Blink’s super-app allows frontline workers to access everything they need and everyone they want in the palm of their hand.

This is a very critical role in the global marketing team, with the chance to really come in, hit the ground running and get stuck into the world of marketing at Blink.  You’ll be at the heart of the day-to-day operation of the marketing team, executing campaigns, managing events, optimising content and diving into the operational side of the team.

You’ll be great for this role if you’re someone who gets excited to move quickly, take ownership and helps exceed goals (and expectations)!  While the tasks below represent the core responsibilities of the role, we are looking for someone who can also grow at the same pace as the company overall.

Requirements

Event Management

  • You’re obsessed with being organised!  The EMEA event calendar will be your baby to manage from scoping, budgeting and planning to onsite execution and follow up of in person and online events (webinars and conferences)
  • Drive a culture of partnership and accountability with our sales team, providing event preparation, setting clear goals and measuring the success of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Creative whiz!  You have ideas - you're not afraid to share them, & you're excited to execute them

Campaign Management

  • Own the campaign execution for all EMEA campaign outbound activity
  • Knowing how to get the best outcomes with our immediate (internal) customer - the sales team! Understanding pain points and mapping these to opportunities for marketing to drive results.
  • You are the do-er in the team.  You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are executed on brand, on time and are generating measurable results!

Marketing Operations

  • Be the expert on all marketing operations, including CRM reporting (with the RevOps team), finding and driving efficiencies, building workflows and lists, and ensuring operational excellence across the marketing team
  • Partner with your counterpart in the US to ensure best practice sharing and efficiency at scale

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with high energy, a can-do attitude and an appetite to develop in a fast-growing company.  The ideal candidate for us is someone who is resourceful, inquisitive, a fast learner with an ability to connect with the wider team.

  • Minimum 3+ experience in marketing
  • Be passionate about delivering best in class marketing and has worked in a fast paced scaling culture where things move fast and the team are agile
  • Has experience building an operational event process
  • Comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with working at a fast paced scale-up
  • Data driven, can show impact and tell stories using data
  • Has exceptional team and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Is a proactive problem solver and enjoys getting stuck in!

Benefits

You will have the opportunity to be part of something impactful, large-scale, and meaningful.

Most importantly, you’ll work for a company with a strong purpose, with an ambitious and supportive team embarking on a journey most start-ups can only dream of!

Benefits include:

  • Competitive salary – and equity in the company
  • A quirky, spacious, natural light-filled office in London
  • 25 days a year off (plus public holidays!)
  • Learning & development focus, plus mentorship options. We’ll do everything we can to get you to the top of your game
  • Private healthcare, Ride2Work, pension scheme

At Blink, we're committed to creating an inclusive and diverse culture where our people feel they truly belong. We value and respect individual differences, so all applications will receive fair and equal consideration without regard to ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, nationality, disability or age.
