Responsibilities:
Develop innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies
Utilize diverse sourcing methods (Boolean, Xray searching) and platforms (LinkedIn, Mobygames etc) to identify potential candidates.
Screen and interview both passive and active candidates.
Maintain a candidate database using our ATS, Lever.
Network at local and remote events to connect with potential prospects.
Serve as a talent advisor and collaborate closely with hiring managers.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Continuously enhance your domain knowledge.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Sourcing within the games industry
Proficiency in utilizing multiple sourcing methods.
Genuine passion for computer games or game development.
Proven experience partnering with hiring managers.
Ability to positively represent Larian and our teams to potential candidates.
Familiarity with recruitment and sourcing technologies, including ATS's and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Prior experience as a Recruiter or Talent Sourcer in the games, technology, IT, or software industry.
Fluent English and strong communication skills
Must be able to work onsite in our Studio in Guidlford
