We are seeking committed and passionate Expanded Learning Program Instructors to lead academic, physical, and enrichment activities as part of our East Bay Expanded Learning Programs. As a Program Instructor you will lead and mentor up to 20 youth in an afterschool setting. - Hours: 22 hours a week

Minimum Requirements
- No experience required
- Available Monday through Friday 20 -24 hours per week, afternoons until 6 pm
- Ability to reliably commute to El Cerrito
- Commitment to social justice and leadership
- Passionate about learning and youth development: K-12
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Work Hours: Monday,Tues,Thursday, Friday 2pm-6pm/ Wednesdays 1pm-6pm
Preferred:
- Commitment to a full school year, able to practice open, clear and consistent communication, commitment to participate in professional development
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain a safe and emotionally supportive environment
- Create, plan, & execute lesson plans that support school day learning
- Collaborate with youth to support their learning and development (youth-driven curriculum)
