Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and versatile individual to join our team, providing Tier 1 Salesforce Support and database administration. In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities to support our Salesforce environment and other essential GTM (Go to Market) business functions.

Responsibilities: 

  • Salesforce Administration and Systems Support: Manage and offer Tier 1 support for Salesforce Sales Cloud, along with supporting tools such as Chorus, Demand Tools, ZoomInfo Enrichment, Calendly, and RFP systems. 

  • Handle record assignments, name changes, territory management, email alerts, scheduled reports, and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and efficiency. 

  • Oversee proactive proposal processes, including templates, tracking, and enablement. 

  • Ensure data integrity for Go-to-Market (GTM) systems, conduct governance audits, and maintain data hygiene. 

  •  Perform user acceptance testing for new implementations or changes to ensure they meet the organization's requirements. 

  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and users, gathering project requirements and providing updates. 

  • Develop and manage RFP projects and libraries, including assigning questions to internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and ensuring timely delivery of results. 

  • Provide support for vendor relationships, including user management, contract end dates, and evaluations. 

  • Other Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • Possess 3+ years of proven experience in Salesforce administration and support. 

  • Analytical Skills: Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective business analysis. 

  • Demonstrate project management skills with a track record of successfully executing projects. 

  • Have excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and users, ensuring effective collaboration. 

  • Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Go-to-Market (GTM) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes is a plus, and proficiency in the mentioned tech stack tools is desirable.
