You will be responsible for maximising outbound activity and owning the full end-to-end sales process from prospecting through to onboarding, principally focused on Large & Enterprise opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Lead from the front - you'll play a key part in taking Clear Junction to the next level. We want you to "own" your role and hit/exceed sales targets
Implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
Monitor your sales performance to agreed KPIs
Prospect your opportunities
Work closely with our Marketing & Content team to create sales campaigns
Present sales reports and forecasts to the Sales & Marketing Director & Head of Sales
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key prospects
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and the competitive landscape
Requirements
Essential
A proven track record of working in a scaling business and selling B2B solutions in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
Sales experience with demonstrated success at networking, setting appointments, pipeline building, negotiation, closing solution sales and hitting targets
Demonstrable record of closing new opportunities with Banks or Financial Institutions
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Tenacious and professional approach to solution selling
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Strong business sense and industry expertise and willingness
An ability to grasp new technologies and regulations and a willingness to learn
Desirable
Payments industry experience in creating solutions that meet the needs of the target audience
Knowledge of International regulation, compliance and AML / KYC frameworks
Knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an advantage
