Client Success -Key Account Manager at StructureFlow

Job Descrption

We are changing the way that deal stakeholders understand, strategise, and collaborate around legal transactions. StructureFlow is a transaction modelling platform – a place where users dynamically visualise the deal from end-to-end, enabling them to plan, execute and record the deal visually.

Today, we are working with some of the largest law firms globally. We have an incredible opportunity to continue our scale up within the UK, EMEA & North America and so are looking for a seasoned London based Client Success Account Manager to join our high-performing team.

This role offers a chance to make a impact by boosting Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through strategic increases in product usage and enhancements for targeted global and key accounts. You'll play a crucial part in shaping and implementing StructureFlow's growth strategy for these key clients. Your primary focus will be on nurturing senior relationships and cultivating key stakeholders, while also spearheading the development and achievement of success metrics. Your efforts will be pivotal in maximising both the utilisation of our Legaltech platform and revenue generation of these critical accounts.

The role can be split into three main pillars of value:

Closing Key Accounts - Land:

·       Support Sales Team in closing Key Account contracts

·       Take ownership of successful pilots/trials, engaging end users and defining clear success metrics.

·       Develop processes and materials to support contract closure and build client confidence in post-contract adoption and engagement support.

Adoption - Expand:

·       Personalise customer management by gathering feedback and providing product education assistance.

·       Create and execute account success plans to increase usage and adoption

·       Analyse usage data for key clients and provide insights internally and externally on use cases and the value of use per use case/practice group.

Product Education:

·       Become a subject matter expert on StructureFlow product and consult on ad hoc projects related to product roadmap.

·       Build a client community of adoption specialists to support adoption success.

·       Advocate for customers internally by delivering informed feedback to Product team.

·       Represent StructureFlow at industry events.

Requirements

·       5+ years of experience in a Customer Success role or as part of a delivery team within a law firm or similar sales experience.

·       A legal background is a key advantage for this role or experience in working with LegalTech teams.

·       A strong passion for revenue and growth and a deep understanding of legal technology.

·       Empathy towards customers and the ability to engage and present to senior stakeholders in law firms.

·       High standards of integrity and trust, with a commitment to developing excellent communication, listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·       Self-motivation and the capability to work independently to ensure successful project completion.
