Responsibilities

• Perform daily settlement tasks under the supervision of senior staff members. 
• Conduct reconciliation of bank accounts to transaction accounts, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors for resolution. 
• Assist in bookkeeping activities using Xero accounting software, maintaining organized and accurate financial records. 
• Support the processing of withdrawal payments with third-party Payment Service Providers (PSPs), following established procedures and security measures. 
• Respond to customer cases promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to supervisors as necessary. 
• Foster positive relationships with external service providers, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving. 
• Assist in preparing transaction remittances for the night shift, ensuring completeness and accuracy. 
• Contribute to daily settlement procedures and data entry into the ledger system. 

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time working experience in a related role.
• Well-organised with high accuracy levels, and attention to detail.
• Skillful with MS Office (especially Excel) and XERO applications.
• High proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
• Work well in a team, and be able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiar with MT4/MT5 Trading system is a plus.
