With Intelligence is a reputable and innovative business intelligence company providing valuable insights and data to clients in the asset management industry. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Management Accountant to join our finance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, payroll posting, full P&L review and balance sheet reconciliation, along with submitting tax returns and liasing with auditors for annual audit along with helping the team with ad hoc tasks. You will also play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making processes within the organization.

The advertised salary for this role ranges between £35,000 - £40,000 and we are on the lookout for an immediate start.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Management Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification such as CIMA or ACCA is preferred
