About the Team

The Digital Transformation Training and Change Manager is a matrixed role that will report into the Head of People Development, ensuring a consistent people-first approach is applied to training and change. This role will have a dotted reporting line into the Digital Transformation Programme Manager, aligning delivery against the GSMA’s Digital Transformation strategy.

About the Role

  • You will deliver training and change activities aligned to GSMA’s Digital Transformation programme and routed in a people-first approach to change
  • You will deliver against defined change management plans which include objectives, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • You will deliver business change activities within a structured approach encompassing change management, training, adoption, and communications
  • You will deliver communication material to the organisation keeping staff informed and engaged of digital transformation and change
  • You will identify the training needs and best learning solutions to ensure GSMA staff are upskilled in relation to the outcomes of the programme
  • You will create training materials linked to the outcomes of the programme to support the onboarding of new joiners into the business
  • You will adjust the training and communications approach based on continuous feedback and usage data
  • You will champion best practices and reinforce behaviours that are aligned to change, providing expert advice to team members and staff
  • You will execute against the Digital Transformation Programme plan, fostering engagement and confidence in delivery
  • You will develop a Training and Change schedule, managing stakeholder expectations within a matrix organisation.

About You

  • You have demonstrable experience in designing and delivering training and change across global organisations through a range of different formats
  • You bring excellent communication and storytelling skills, and are able to make complex technical concepts easily understood
  • You show up with curiosity, and have a track record of creative problem solving to get things done at pace
  • You have strong relationship & stakeholder management skills and have experience working as a trusted partner to the business.
  • You have the ability to influence effectively at different levels of the organisational
  • You have expertise in transformational change and change management methods and their application, with emphasis on driving measurable business results.
  • You bring people together to achieve great things, and have demonstrable experience of doing so
  • You have experience of delivering training and change activities as part of digital transformation programmes –  including SaaS platforms such as Microsoft, Salesforce and Workday
  • You have proficiency in using project management software and collaboration tools
