Job Description/Responsibilities

1-Build Digital Customer Engagement strategy developing Campaigns across therapy areas in alignment with business objectives.

2-Build Customer strategy, segmentation & Targeting respecting customers digital & behavioral dynamics.

3-Create digital content using in house resources and creative agencies when needed to enhance customer digital experience.

4-Website management including setting engagement metrics & benchmarks, content update and advanced behavioral analytics.

5-Lead Customer Consenting, data management & inclusion to our Customer data platforms.

6-Oversee digital channels performance Analytics to measure & maximize digital channels Engagement metrics.

7-Explore & Introduce latest Innovative digital technologies to meet customer needs & bring business impact.

Candidate Profile (Expertise)

1- Project Management capabilities with creative & agile mindset to lead & Execute Innovative business solutions & Models.

2- Experience in Email Marketing, Content Creation including HTML & Videos & familiar with Generative AI content creation tools.

3- Website design & website analytics having used platforms like Adobe Analytics or Google analytics.

4-Familiar with Marketing automation & Customer data platforms Like Salesforce or similar.

5- Search Engine Optimization & Search Engine Marketing.

6- Digital Analytics & making sense of data to derive business insights & Data driven decisions.

7-Experience in E-commerce & Customer Loyalty Program.

Qualifications

1-Bachelor of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Digital Marketing, or any similar degree.

2-Minimum 3 years’ experience in Digital Technology roles.
