We're seeking a talented Market Access Manager to be an integral part of our Payers & Evidence team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Payers & Evidence.
Role Overview
As a Market Access Manager, you'll be instrumental in enhancing the value of our current and future portfolio of products and services, with a primary focus on our Chronic Care offerings. This national role holds significant importance in crafting and executing local access strategies. You'll collaborate closely with various teams, including field and head-office-based market access, Evidence, Government Affairs, marketing, and global market access teams. Your key responsibilities include developing national market access plans tailored to local insights, overseeing the implementation of initiatives, ensuring alignment with marketing and field-based teams, leveraging internal and external data sources to craft compelling value messages, contributing to pricing strategies, identifying unmet needs of payers, nurturing stakeholder relationships, and providing support for reimbursement activities.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, demonstrating an ability to effectively engage with diverse groups. Collaboration is key, so we're looking for someone highly collaborative with strong influencing and negotiating abilities. Effective communication is paramount, requiring credibility in both verbal and written interactions along with a proven track record of successful delivery. Critical thinking and sound decision-making abilities are essential traits, alongside a results-driven mindset. Advanced planning and analytical skills are necessary for this role.
We are looking for candidates with a background in Market Access within the UK MedTech or pharmaceutical industry with experience. A robust understanding of market access strategies and NHS structures is crucial.
