In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and implementation teams to deeply understand our products and their documentation requirements.
• Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge base tool, ensuring premium documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Transform complex workflows, codes, Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), mockups, technical specifications, and integration processes into accessible, user-friendly guides.
• Augment documentation with effective visuals like photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts.
• Focus on UX writing, including crafting and maintaining voice, tone, and copy style guides, to ensure consistency and standardization across all technical documentation.
• Utilize storytelling techniques to create engaging and informative content.
• Innovate and suggest new methods to enhance technical information delivery and processes.

About you 

• Minimum 7+ of experience in technical writing or editing.
• Leading and mentoring other Technical Writers across London.
• Exceptional technical writing skills, with a strong ability for storytelling and effective microcopy.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in technical writing.
• Independent in conducting research and producing comprehensive documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills, effective in working with diverse, global teams.
• Adept at managing collaborations across different time zones.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and excelling in a high-paced environment.
• Proactive and adaptable in dynamic, fast-paced settings.

**Preferred:**

• Experience in startups, payments, fintech, or ERP systems.
• Skilled in creating microcopy for both B2B and B2C audiences, capable of engaging and informing effectively across different market segments.
