What will you be doing?
To build, maintain and dispatch databases, reports and online services to Circana clients. Partner with Client Service team to understand client needs and to continually improve system processes and standards to deliver quality and timely databases and reports to client service teams.
Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain databases and produce reports to specifications as set out by the Client Service team and clients
Ensure database accuracy by reviewing data in accordance with Circana standards and checking procedures
Dispatch databases to the client onsite or via FTP by the agreed deadline
Manage all database requests and ensure specifications are completed and checked prior to implementation
Contribute to client WIP processes and report to internal teams progress of tasks and expected completion dates
Ensure turnaround time for database is within specified timeframes
Ensure all client data errors identified are fixed and dispatched back to the client in a timely manner
Consistently meeting requirements for change requests and data queries for clients
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or similar (preferred)
Data management related experience (preferred)
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to clearly communicate concepts and ideas
Analytical and/or critical thinking skills
Intermediate to Advanced Excel and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Access)
Attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
Problem solving skills
Previous experience within FMCG preferable but not essential
