The Platform Operations Team at OEGEN provides critical support across the organisation, developing and operating the systems and processes that underpin the management of our diverse portfolio of corporate investments. • Lead project management from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to pre-defined time, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Evaluate potential investments and manage the due diligence process, aligning with OEGEN’s strategic and financial criteria.
  • Monitor portfolio performance against targets, implementing corrective actions to meet objectives.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management that accurately reflect portfolio status, performance metrics, and risk profiles.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies, to support project success and strategic objectives.
  • Maintain transparency and engagement as the primary contact for portfolio communications.
  • Lead the identification and mitigation of risks across the portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing the resilience and value protection of OEGEN’s investments.
  • Mentor Portfolio Associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance the team’s capabilities and ensure they remain updated on industry standards and best practices.
  • Lead the adoption of innovative practices and technologies to enhance portfolio management efficiency.
  • Continuously refine operational processes to meet evolving business needs.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in portfolio management or development within the renewables sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial and project management, stakeholder engagement, and commercial negotiations.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and project management software; knowledge of advanced data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams, nurturing talent, and driving team performance alongside managing complex renewable energy projects.
  • Strong analytical abilities, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
  • Effective communicator and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of renewable energy market trends and regulatory environments.
  • Committed to sustainability and advancing OEGEN’s strategic vision.
