Your role in our mission

We’re looking for a FinOps Outsourcing Team Lead Maternity Cover to join our Core Operations Team. You’ll be responsible for leading an off-shore team of analysts overseeing key financial operations processes end-to-end. You’ll also need to collaborate with the wider Operations team and help improve and streamline operational processes.This role is an excellent opportunity to further develop your career in an exciting FinTech scaleup. 

What you'll do

  • Coordinate operational processes by ensuring that department specific operational processes are functioning and performing as expected and that tasks are completed within agreed time frames and to the agreed standards.
  • Map out operational process flows ensuring that performance and efficiency are at their core and updating them as required.
  • Design, get sign-off for and implement any new operational processes needed by the business.
  • Carry out training sessions to ensure that the off-shore team is able to complete the agreed operational processes to the agreed standards.
  • Report on operational process performance by generating and presenting process performance analysis reports within SLA ensuring applicable stakeholders are kept informed of unsatisfactory performance.
  • Generate and present analysis reports within SLA ensuring that any trends are flagged to applicable stakeholders and necessary actions are taken.
  • Generate QA and QC reports within SLA providing data on how all the tasks are performing and highlighting areas to improve.

About you

  • You have past experience leading an operations team ideally off-shore.
  • You have proven experience in leading end-to-end operational transformation initiatives.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and functions.
  • You have excellent project management skills with a track record of successful implementation of change initiatives.
  • You have solid knowledge of financial regulations and compliance. Good knowledge of FCA is a plus.
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to identify trends using data.
  • You are a great communicator, both verbal and written.
