JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will play a key and integral role in the overall success of Lafayette. As part of the management team, the AGM will assume an active role in site operations and business priorities, to enhance its reputation as a prestigious and professional venue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a site Duty Manager in the absence of General Manager
• Assist in overseeing the management and operation of the site, putting systems and procedures in place where necessary and ensuring target revenue is achieved
• Assist in ensuring all operational processes are adhered to and business priorities are achieved
• Assist in ensuring relevant licensing laws and health and safety policies are adhered to whilst acting as Duty Manager 
• Assist the General Manager in all  club night programming related activities. Booking, advancing and operational
• Assist in maintaining best in class operational practices, processes and systems in the venue, overseeing the work of others site team and service providers to ensure high standards are achieved
• Support the site team where necessary, including with taking enquiries and offering support across various business functions
• Assisting in recruiting, developing and managing the site team 
• Ensure there is a consistent high level of service, which goes beyond guest expectations
