Gerresheimer Peachtree City L.P. was established in 1993 in Peachtree City, GA, as part of the Plastics & Devices Division manufacturing and assembling a variety of precision molded plastic parts for various applications in the medical industry. The subsidiary operates in an 87,500 sq. ft. production facility with 200 employees.
Job Description
Create qualification documents and perform qualifications on special purpose machines
Ensure that commissioned work package is met in terms of deadline, cost
and quality
Independent project management in the area of qualification and updating of project status for capacity planning and reporting purposes
Independent coordination of the created documents in the defined project team
Preparation of qualification and validation documents
Independent coordination regarding the required machine documents from the supplier
Independent preparation / execution / moderation of design risk analyses
Independent execution of plant qualifications
Qualifications
Knowledge as acquired in the course of a technical (specialist) university degree(e.g. medical technology, industrial engineering or comparable) and developed at least 2 years of experience in a comparable task environment
Good knowledge of FMEA methodology, GMP basic knowledge
Basic knowledge in automation systems
Good knowledge in the use of common office software (Microsoft Office) and SAP basic knowledge
Action orientation, conscientiousness and flexibility
Sensitivity and contact ability
Sociability and team orientation
Emotional stability, resilience and self-confidence
Analytical competence
Presentation and moderation
Structured work organization
Knowledge of problem solving methods
Good command of written and spoken English
